Peter Sierck, Principal/Industrial Hygienist


The Founder of ET&T in 1986, Peter pioneered indoor air quality testing methods and procedures for residential and commercial buildings. He has surveyed over 3,000 buildings and has been called upon as an expert witness in numerous litigation cases. In addition to managing the company, Peter directs our Indoor Air Quality, EMF and Training Departments.

As a committee chair, Peter was instrumental in the development of the ANSI/IICRC S520 Standard and Reference Guide for Professional Mold Remediation and ANSI/IICRC S520 S500 Standard and Reference Guide for Professional Water Damage Restoration. Peter is currently on the Board of Directors for the IESO (international Environmental Standards organization), member of its Consensus Body, and PHEAF Standard committee.

He has studied industrial hygiene, environmental methods, and engineering controls at University of San Diego, University of California Berkeley, in Germany, and with other professional organizations such as MidAtlantic Environmental Hygiene Resource Center (MEHRC) in Philadelphia. Peter is a Registered Environmental Assessor (REA), Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant (CIEC), Certified Microbial Consultant (CMC), Certified Mold Remediation Supervisor (CMRS) and Certified Indoor Air Quality Professional (CIAQP). He is an OSHA authorized safety and health trainer and Radio Frequency Safety Officer.

Andrew Jordan - Certified Microbial Investigator/ Environmental Consultant

Andrew joined ET&T in 2007 after receiving his Bachelors Degree from the University of California Santa Barbara and is the Vice President of the company. He has conducted thousands of surveys for residential and commercial buildings since joining ET&T. His responsibilities include asbestos, lead, indoor air quality (IAQ) and microbial investigations along with developing remediation specifications. He also specializes in conducting electromagnetic field (EMF) and radio frequency (RF) surveys.

Andrew is a State of California Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC) and Certified Lead Inspector/Assessor, as well as a Certified Microbial Consultant (CMC) through the ACAC, a certified IICRC Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and Microbial Remediation (AMRT) technician, and Radio Frequency Safety Officer (RSFO) through the IEEE.

Andrew oversees employees and tracks projects, reports and laboratory samples as well as ensuring completion of related documentation. He consults directly with customers in order to develop scope of work estimates for projects and keeps them informed about their projects. His responsibilities also include equipment maintenance, calibrating instruments and maintaining calibration records.

Cecelia McCarthy – Environmental Microbiologist, Project Manager

Cece has been with ET&T since 2002. Her responsibilities include in-house laboratory analysis of mold samples and she provides consultations on microbial projects. She has over 20 years of laboratory experience in microbiology which includes environmental, clinical and medical manufacturing positions.

She is a Certified Spore Analysist I through the Pan American Aerobiology Certification Board, has a Bachelors of Science degree in Microbiology from San Diego State University, a Professional Certificate in Biotechnology from San Diego State University, an Associate of Science degree in Respiratory Care from Grossmont College, and maintains both California State and National Laboratory Scientist Licenses.


Felix Neumann – Indoor Environmental Consultant, Manager


Felix Neumann has been working in the indoor environmental quality inspection and testing field for over 20 years. Her educational background includes training in building science, indoor air quality testing, water restoration and cleaning, infection control and prevention, ergonomics, building biology, EMF testing, environmental microbiology, mold remediation, lead inspections and assessments and years of working in hospitals in Germany. She is an ACAC Board Certified Microbial Consultant and conducted her first mold and moisture inspection in 1993 and has since performed and supervised thousands of microbial and indoor environmental projects working at ET&T. In 2013 Felix became an approved IICRC instructor for the Applied Microbial Remediation Technician course.

2017 Felix started training with Cuprotect headquarters on various installation methods of shielding copper mesh in buildings at several construction sites in Germany.  Cuprotect copper mesh can control/reduce interferences from high frequency sources affecting sensitive sites, such as recording studios, medical and research facilities, or reduce exposure to occupants.

In addition to her technical and field experience in the IAQ, Restoration and Healthy Buildings industry, she possesses knowledge in all aspects of running a company. Her administrative skills include general business and employee management, supervision of insurance requirements, bookkeeping and tax preparation, and organization of presentations for educational events.

Since 2009, she has been an Advisory Board Member of the San Diego IAQA Chapter and part of the team that organizes chapter workshops to further the education of the local IH community in San Diego.

Brad Murico

Brad joined ET&T in 2014 and has a Bachelors Degree in Biology from Cal State University of San Marcos. His responsibilities include microbial investigations along with generating site specific remediation guidelines as well as conducting indoor air quality (IAQ) and electromagnetic/radio frequency (EMF/RF) surveys for residential and commercial buildings.

He is a Certified Microbial Consultant (CMC) through the ACAC, a certified IICRC Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and Microbial Remediation (AMRT) technician, and Radio Frequency Safety Officer (RSFO) through the IEEE.

Brad tracks projects and laboratory samples as well as ensuring completion of related documentation. His responsibilities include writing detailed reports listing the scope of work, observations during the site inspection, photo documentation, laboratory analysis and site-specific recommendations and/or remediation protocols. In his free time, he enjoys backpacking, golf and spending time with his family.


Sarah Villa


Sarah joined ET&T in 2016 and is a State of California Certified Site Surveillance Technician (CSST) and Certified Lead Sampling Technician (CDPH). She has extensive experience in providing insurance claims related testing for asbestos and lead to support restoration companies, contractors and insurance adjusters. She provides services to contractors and homeowners all over Southern California and Arizona and she has conducted thousands of residential and commercial surveys using the lead XRF analyzer and complies with all EPA protocols for asbestos and lead sampling.

She has great customer service and insures the very quick turnaround times for sampling results and reports contractor needs to completion of project and claims in a timely manner. Sarah plays an active role in sales and marketing for the company and hopes to build their clientele even more.
