Moisture & Floods
Identifying and eliminating moisture problems is the most efficient way to prevent or stop microbial (mold and bacteria) problems in buildings. We use state of the art infrared imaging devices, moisture meter, data logging systems and moisture mapping to identify, locate, monitor and prevent moisture, mold and bacterial problems. Further, our staff is trained in technical drying methods and principles. Excess moisture or water is the single most important factor for mold growth in buildings.

ET&T IAQ Surveys include, but are not limited to, the inspection of the HVAC system, a review of the cleaning and maintenance procedures, testing and sampling for carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, formaldehyde, volatile organic compounds, dust load, bioaerosols (mold, bacteria, allergens) and combustion gases.

This comprehensive moisture testing workshop takes you from beginning levels through advanced skills. Most technicians are familiar with the basic use of moisture meters. However, many are not aware of the underlying physical principals, their limitations, the do’s and don’ts, and when not to believe your measurement results. EMF & RF Surveys
We can answer your questions about EMF and RF exposure in your building or at your home, business or future building site. Although there remains significant controversy about exposure levels and the degree of risk, some scientific studies suggest there are potential risks and health concerns related to EMF and RF exposure. We advocate taking a precautionary approach. We can assist you by testing and making EMF measurements, conducting RF surveys and assessing electromagnetic fields.
