Our clients include corporations, private homeowners, insurance companies, schools, hospitals, remediation contractors, banks, lenders, Federal, State and Local governments and investment property owners. We have worked as expert witnesses for law firms throughout San Diego, Orange, Riverside, and Los Angeles Counties for both plaintiff and defense investigations and expert testimonies.

Insurance companies utilize our services to investigate claims relating to water damage. Architects call on us when they discover mold growth in buildings that have sustained moisture intrusions. We have been involved in arbitration and court cases, and have been deposed in more cases than we can remember. If you need specific references, we will be happy to supply them. • San Diego School
  Nine-month-old school sustained significant water intrusions throughout the building due to apparent construction defects. ET&T was involved in the investigation and identification of significant mold problems. The company was responsible for the development of the remediation protocol, project management, remediation supervision, and clearance testing. Project took place over a period of five months.
  
  
• Biomedical Company in San Diego
  A major biomedical company's manufacturing and administration building was flooded by river water after heavy rains. ET&T's investigation included measuring the extent of microbial contamination for the facility, it's products, and building contents. ET&T developed the remediation protocol and procedures, supervised the remediation, and performed clearance testing for the building's contents. Project took place over a period of 6 weeks.
  
  
• Housing Subdivision
  ET&T investigated (for a litigation case) mold and moisture problems in 34 residential homes, assessing moisture levels in building materials, sampling to establish microbial air and surface levels, as well as sampling for dust mites. The project took place over a period of 18 months.

• Well-Known Residential Building
  Development of mold remediation design strategy and environmental project monitoring of a 21-story high rise residential building in San Diego. The containment design and air flow management allowed residents to remain in the building while the entire building envelope was replaced. This concept saved the client an estimated $9 million in potential relocation costs. The project took place over a period of 18 months.

• Community Center
  Four residential buildings in San Diego were evaluated for feasibility of renovation or new construction. ET&T conducted environmental inspections, sampling, data analysis, and provided a written report on conditions for review with other building professionals. Project took place over a period of one week.
